The main objective of the RMA training is to enhance participants' abilities in communication, empathy, and reflective questioning. This training aims to empower individuals working in educational and social work contexts to foster social and cognitive empowerment through dialogue and effective communication techniques.

The training incorporates practical applications of RMA principles through interactive activities such as role-plays, scenario-based exercises, and hands-on workshops. Real-world case studies are also presented to illustrate successful implementation of RMA techniques, providing participants with concrete examples of how to apply these principles in their professional roles.

After participating in this training, participants need to organize a series of workshops with 180 youth, run by the 18 trained youth workers using the RMA method. Additionally, they must conduct a series of self-analysis workshops with different members of the four concerned target groups (youngsters, workers, organizations, policymakers) conducted by trained project staff acting as multipliers. This will result in in-depth needs and context analysis and potential unique solutions to improve youth engagement in the public sphere. The outcomes of the RMA process will be further supported by developing the RMA methodological manual for youth workers and organizations to use in their future activities and initiatives with young people in the local community. Moreover, the RMA framework will be used to develop bespoke educational materials through a co-design approach involving all partners, including youngsters, youth workers, and policymakers. This approach will provide youth workers and youth organizations with high-quality and participatory educational resources for youth civic participation and quality youth work.
