Description of the Activity
The two-day training session on the Reciprocal Maieutic Approach (RMA) provides an immersive learning experience focused on enhancing communication, empathy, and reflective questioning within educational and social work contexts. Through interactive activities, real-world case studies, and expert insights, participants learn to apply RMA principles to foster social and cognitive empowerment. The training includes hands-on workshops, reflective sessions, and action planning, culminating in the awarding of participation certificates and personal reflections on applying RMA techniques in professional settings.
