Our Project Approach

A comprehensive journey towards civic empowerment!

Readiness

Through, self-analysis workshops to enhance youth motivations, the initial groundwork with detailed assessments to understand civic participation challenges and opportunities within the region. It emphasizes the importance of stakeholder engagement and securing necessary resources to set the stage for effective project implementation and ensure project effectiveness.

Capacitation

Focused training activities are developed and delivered, equipping youth educators and facilitators with the skills needed for civic engagement through methodologies like Reciprocal Maieutic Approach & Structured Democratic Dialogue. This phase ensures that all participants are well-prepared to lead and engage youth in civic activities.

Enhancement

Putting training into action, participants actively engage in pilot civic programs to apply their newly acquired skills through structured dialogues initiatives, thereby testing the effectiveness of various training approaches while simultaneously receiving ongoing support to refine and enhance their skills and methodologies, ensuring a continuous improvement cycle.

Mainstreaming

Successful tested strategies and practices are integrated into broader community norms and policies. This includes scaling up initiatives, influencing policy through demonstrated outcomes, and establishing sustainable structures as Dialogue Clubs to ensure the long-term impact of civic engagement efforts and the continuity of learning outcomes.

🚀🔮 Self-Analysis Awareness Workshops for Young people

A series of workshops with 180 young people to raise their awareness aboout their civic role and potetnial.

✅💼 Youth Workers Training on Reciprocal Maieutic Approach

This is a two-day training to equip a selected group of 25 youth workers with participatory tools such as the Reciprocal Maieutic Approach.
